Dell U3223QE review: A winning debut for an IPS Black monitor

The monitor is a top-notch professional 31.5-inch 4K display that successfully utilizes IPS Black technology to improve contrast and black levels, while maintaining excellent color performance and offering a robust USB-C hub. However, HDR performance is disappointing, and it is limited to a 60Hz refresh rate.
