The reviewer concludes that the all-in-one unit is a convenient, space-saving solution for small living areas, noting positive features like quiet operation and an auto-detergent dispenser. However, they warn that drying times are significantly longer than traditional units and that it requires diligent, frequent maintenance—particularly regarding lint management—to remain effective. They explicitly advise that those with shedding pets or high-volume laundry needs may be better served by a traditional separate washer and dryer.

I Used the LG All-in-One Washer Dryer for 1 Year. Here's ...

The reviewer does not recommend the unit for most users due to extensive maintenance requirements and slow drying performance. While acknowledging its convenience for those with limited space who prioritize a ventless, all-in-one design, they emphasize that it is prone to lint-related clogs that can severely impact drying times and, if the drain trap is neglected, potentially lead to flooding. They suggest it is suitable only for single-person households with low laundry volume and no shedding pets.
